Zilveren miniatuur treeft, Amsterdam, ca. 1670 A. Janse accompanied by two angels duringSilver miniature trivet, most likely made in Amsterdam. Possibly by the silversmith who marked his work with a heart (Citroen 960) and was active from 1670. The trivet is marked with a maker's mark from which a heart can be discerned. Also marked with the 'bijltje' (small axe) assay mark. This silversmith is mentioned on page 30 in the book "Dutch Silver Miniatures from the 17th and 18th Century" by John Endlich. The trivet is in good condition.
