The kanji of this series is pronounced as kyoshi which means spotless or pure. This elegant knife features an SG2 steel core with a hardness of 63 Rockwell enclosed in 2 layers of softer steel to protect the fragile core from breaking. The hammered appearance gives this knife a rustic look. The handle is made of black beech Pakka wood and the bolster features the Yaxell logo ran which means "swirling".
