The aroma is an intensely intoxicating expression of candied fruit with floral and spicy notes: ylang ylang, dried apricots and candied citrus, ginger, cardamom and fenugreek. The contrasting flavor has a languid aspect of volume, roundness and creaminess on one side with the aromatic power of licorice and balsamic on the other. The grapes are harvested by hand and sorted directly at the vineyard.
